The US EPA has come up with its final biological evaluation (BE) of the insecticide, cyantraniliprole, focusing on impacts that the active ingredient could have on species listed under the country’s Endangered Species Act (ESA). The development is in accordance with a November 2022 order from the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, urging the regulator to complete an evaluation of the insecticide within its internal September 2023 deadline.
