IDF Symposia in Melbourne offer the latest in dairy research

In March, Melbourne played host to two International Dairy Federation (IDF) Symposia: Microstructure of Dairy Products and the Science & Technology of Fermented Milk.This was an ideal opportunity for the Australian dairy industry to hear about what is developing in specialist areas of dairy science around the world, and for the researchers themselves to catch up and hear the latest research results from their colleagues at other institutes. In all, 142 delegates from 24 countries participated in the week's proceedings.
