In the world of aircraft components, inertial navigation repair and overhaul is a niche business. To operate successfully requires a great deal of knowledge and experience, which can only come from dedicated men and women, without which no company can succeed. When Navhouse started operations more than 25 years ago, it was very hard to find personnel with both technical ability and engineering knowledge. Over time, experts retire and trying to replace them was harder than when we started, so we embarked on finding a new generation of future experts. We all know recruitment isn't easy, but we were able to find college graduates who not only had a fundamental avionics knowledge but also a passion to learn, and who would fit in to our ageing workforce, working on ageing products. They have brought enthusiasm and creativity.
