摘要

The purpose of this study is to find a way to improve the quality of medical tourism education services in Korea. This study used a method of conducting a survey targeting students who have completed medical tourism education and industry-related experts by applying the revised IPA and AHP analysis. The results of this study are as follows; First, it was found that students and experts commonly recognized the instructor competence as an important factor. Second, the education program that was selected as the first priority in AHP was identified as an excitement factor from the perspective of students. Third, among the instructor's interaction qualities, it was found that 'identifying the level of understanding of students' is important to both students and experts. Fourth, among the services provided by educational institutions, it was found that 'providing information' is important to both students and experts. Finally, it was confirmed that neither students nor experts are aware of the importance of environmental quality.
