In November, organic cheesemaker, Timboon Farmhouse Cheese, celebrated 20 years of business. Timboon founder, Hermann Schulz, joined the current staff to mark the occasion at the factory on the edge of the south-west Victorian town, Timboon FarmhouseCheese was developed as a result of Mr Schulz's belief in biodynamic/organic farming. He first started following biodynamic farming principles in 1973. However, his efforts, though successful, were of no benefit to anyone, as his milk was added to all the other milk collected and processed at the then local Kraft factory.
