Methodology and hardware for measuring scattered laser radiation

This paper presents the concept of measuring the energy indicators of scattered laser radiation under field conditions. Apparatus is described with entrance apertures of 100-400 mm, as well as methods and equipment for its energy calibration and for studying the threshold, spectral, and dynamic characteristics.
