The changes that have buffeted the dairy industry in recent years are enough to make you consider changing industries if you prefer a quiet life. Unfortunately, it seems change is going to pursue you whatever job you take on. With a nod to this year'sFederal President's theme, the Tasmanian DIAA conference spent much of its length looking at the changes shaping Australian industries; some universal in nature, others unique. Perhaps a few of the tips below may help with developments in the dairy industry.
