That's why Dairy Australia is fostering young researchers such as Roxanne Portolesi at Flinders University Adelaide. For her PhD studies in the School of Medicine, Ms Portolesi is investigating whether dairy foods can help the human body produce omega-3 fatty acids more effectively.
