The economic analysis to produce some agriculture crops in the newly reclaimed agricultural land in Egypt. (As case study of the Nobaria Region)

The economics of crop production in the newly reclaimed land of the Nobaria region in Egypt was analysed, using data from a sample of 80 farmers. The findings reflect a decreasing productivity and show that irrigation cost results in a decrease in return; return of fruit and vegetable crops is greater compared to other crops; and high prices of inputs are responsible for the high costs of production.
