Making arrangements for effective agreements with a number of agencies - authorities, competitors and other bodies - has been high on the Fonterra management's program for the early months of 2006. The highest-ranking deal would be that with China, announced by Premier Wen Jiabao on April 6 during his visit to NZ for talks with Prime Minister Helen Clark.
