Student development at Food Science Australia

Food Science Australia has developed links with many universities throughout Australia and overseas. The development of joint projects has enabled the supervision of many undergraduate and postgraduate students in several aspects of food science and engineering. The students are based at one of the four Food Science Australia sites, the associated university or divide their time between the two, depending on their project. Their projects can cover a wide range of thesis topics, including studies related to dairy, horticulture, meat, emerging technologies, nutrition, packaging, engineering, food safety and microbiology.
