Abstract Aim To compare incidences of abnormal heart rate (HR) between the phenylephrine/ephedrine protocol (P/E protocol) against the ephedrine‐only (C) protocol, conventionally used for treating predelivery hypotension following spinal anesthesia for cesarean section.
