摘要

The aim of this study is to determine the effects of the plant growth promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR). chemical fertilizers and their combinations on the development of Cyclamen persicum plant species, which has high economic value among ornamental plants by applying the mentioned materials individ-ually and in combination. It was found in the study when plant development was considered during the study period that the longest blooming period (whenflowers are on the plant) was 176.67 days with FICF (Pseudomonas fluorescens RK-1979+Bacillus sub- tilis RK-1977+ Rhodococcus ervthropolis RK-1978+ 50% reduced chemical fertilizer) followed by 169.67 days with F2CF (Bacillus megaterium RK504+Pan- toea agglomerans RK-79+Bacillus subtilis RK- 1984+ 50% reduced chemical fertilizer), 161.33 days with F6CF (Pantoea agglomerans RK. 79+Pantoea agglomerans RK-92+Pseudomonas fluorescens RK-1105+50% reduced chemical ferti- lizer); the earliest flowering time (when the flowers blossom first) was 75 days with F6CF, the latestflowering time was 96.67 days with FI (Pseudomo- nas fluorescens RK-1979+Bacillus subtilis RK 1977+Rhodococcus ervthropolis RK-1978) applica- tions. The largest plant height, the longest flower stalk formation, the largest leaf width and the largest tuber size were determined in F4CF (Paenibacillus polymixa RK-1981+Achromobacter xvlosoxidansRK-1982+Pseudomonas putida RK-1983+ 50% re- duced chemical fertilizer) application. The largest number of flowers and flower stalk thickness were obtained in the application of F6CF. Largest plant crown width was obtained by FSCF (Brevibacillus brevis RK-1130+Bacillus megaterium RK-491+Ba-cillus megaterium RK-716+50% reduced chemical fertilizer) application. It was determined as the result of the study that the use of chemical fertilizer may be reduced by using PGPR and plant growth promotingRhizobacteria has favourable effects on develop-ment and quality parameters. Especially F4CF and F6CF applications were found to contribute signifi cantly to the growth of Cyclamen persicum plant species.
