The Rolex Learning Centre in Lausanne Switzerland that opened earlier this year is a vast undulating fluid space covering 20,000 square metres. If you are a golf enthusiast, you'd love it as the floors resemble a golf course with its rolling hills and putting greens. It is basically a single-storey building doing something that no one else has done before - the concrete floors aren't flat, they're curved! The concrete structure isn't simple - it's horrendously complicated - they said it couldn't be done!
