Air Liquide will invest approximately €70m in a new state-of-the-art gases plant in Wuhan,Central China,to produce 52,00 Nm~3 of nitrogen per hour,as well as oxygen,argon and other ultra-high purity gases.The industrial gas giant said the plant will supply a major memory chipmaker,having already signed a long-term supply agreement.
