But theboat's builder can also speak to its performance capabilities."I think I build what's arguably the best twin-jet boat that's out there right now," said Tom Aliotti, of the Bellingham, Washington, boatyard Aliotti Enterprises. "It gives you more options than a normal boat - it's fast, shallow, maneuverable, and carries weight better than most boats."
