PPPs - The Future of Construction

With the popularity of Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) increasing, your Editor attended a seminar held in Sydney by Gleeds. As background, Gleeds is a leading quantity surveying and project management company founded in the UK but with offices around the globe including a two-year old office in Sydney. Within the PPP arena Gleeds has experience gained from over 225 projects with a capital value of more than 63 billion dollars. They have been active in the PPP market since its inception in UK in the early 1990's. The seminar was entitled: "An International Perspective on Emerging Technical & Commercial PPP/PFI lssues & The Current Australian Trends."
