for the spring and summer, ice cream made with carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) as a stabiliser is a good fit. The Finnish forest sector introduced practical solutions during its spring campaign. The wood-based products chosen for the Forest Finland campaign in May represent the top Finnish expertise in the forest sector. The campaign focuses on new wood-based solutions, and eight Finnish products were chosen for it as examples of world-class Finnish expertise.
