Artificial fur is also called fake fur and imitation leather, and its appearance is close to natural fur. However, natural fur is made of fine soft fluffs and tip-pointed hair, and it is this structure that gives fur its appearance and feel. In order to reproduce this structure, artificial fur made with fine fluffs and tip-pointed hair fiber was developed and at one time attracted attention, but it did not lead to increased production.
