Willamette Falls Paper Increases Production of CFS to Meet Demand

Willamette Falls Paper Company announced that as of October 1 it has doubled the operating rate of a third paper machine to manufacture additional coated freesheet (CFS) in order to meet customer demand. According to the company, the machine had previously been running at 50% capacity and is now operating at 100% capacity which has increased the mills' ability to produce additional tons of 60# and 70# text, as well as a new higher yield 75# Sonoma~R coated grade.
