摘要

The goal of this work was to construct a stroke volume monitoring device for electrophysiological systems. The device can monitor electrophysiological parameters of a patient during therapy. The operation procedure of the device is described and an implementation is suggested.Electrophysiotherapy is widely used in medical practice for diagnosis and treatment of various diseases. Local effect and minimal side effects are the advantages of electrophysiotherapy over pharmacotherapy. High efficacy of electrophysiotherapy (immediate effect) is also an advantage of electrophysiotherapy. Drugs are decomposed in liver and excreted by the kidney. Human body is slowly adapted to electrophysiological effect [1,2].However, the effect of electrophysiotherapy is only partially local and some side effects are also observed. This is due to homeostasis induced by electric current. Electrical stimulation induces additional contraction of myocardium and the cardiovascular system (CVS), thereby increasing oxygen consumption. In some cases, uncontrolled electrophysiotherapy can cause severe after effects up to lethal outcome.
