摘要

After working on the development and production of high-performance fibers,a high-tech firm in Shanxi province has completed a production line for PAN-linked carbon fiber yarn (annual production,200 tons)and started production on June 16.The company has successfully achieved quality indicators on the level of developed countries.The development of super high strength fiber is an essential task for the growth of the synthetic fiber industry.So far,however,China has depended on imports for most of its requirements because industrially developed countries such as the U.S.,Japan,the Netherlands and Russia have monopolized this sector.
