Accorsing to a report on the economic conditin in indonesia during the first half 2003,as compiled jointly by the jakarta jajpan club and jetro jakarta office,domestic demands for automobiles and delectric appliances were favorable,and construction materials for housing and commercial facilities were also in good demand encouraged by an inflation cool-down,low interest rates and the hgih indonestian currency.
