Determination of Effective Patient Exposure Doses in X-Ray Examination

Effective dose estimate is used for evaluating exposure heterogeneity with regard to stochastic effects in radiation. Effective dose is estimated using mathematical and experimental methods of determination of equivalent dose. In this work, mathematical methods of determination of equivalent dose in X-ray surgery aRe used. This work in patients of different age (from neonates to adult patients) was supervised by L. A. Lebedev.
