Italian Textile Machinery: The Industry Must Wait for Growth, But Remains Competitive Worldwide

At the Annual General Meeting of ACIMIT (the Association of Italian Textile Machinery Manufacturers), ACIMIT Chairman, Dr. Alberto M. Sacchi, presented the final figures for the industry in 2002. In 2002 Italian textile machinery manufacturers registered a 5% drop in total turnover compared to the previous year to 3,400 million euro.
