Laser-optical information technology and devices implementing this technology have been developed since the 1970s. Corresponding apparatuses are widely used in therapy of oncological patients. Apparatuses based on semiconductor lasers are progressing particularly rapidly [1-5]. The energy and spectral parameters of semiconductor lasers have been recently upgraded. The output power of commercial semiconductor IR lasers is 5 W. Their spectral range has been extended to 1.7-1.8 mum.
