A new "Econtrol" process from A.Monforts Textilmaschinen GmbH & Co.KG offers key benefits as Asia's largest towelling manufacturer and India's market leader in home textiles,Welspun India Ltd.,plans to enhance its competitiveness,with extended continuous dyeing techniques for a wide range of new cotton sheeting products,in a recently opened purpose-built facility.November 25th,2005 marked the inauguration of Welspun City in Anjar (80 km from Mundra Port,West India),representing almost US300 million investments by the Welspun Group of companies.Furthermore,Welspun has undertaken US450-million investments,which are in an advanced stage of implementation and are likely to be fully operational by March 2007.Virtually half of this massive integrated world-class complex is dedicated to Welspun's home textiles operations.
