Interior trims in automobiles are made mostly of polyester and polypropylene fibers.While polypropylene can only be colored with good light fastness during the spinning process,polyester fibers can be dyed at later stages,i.e.as textiles,as well.The dyeing of fibers,yarn and fabrics has logistical advantages for the fabric producer.
