Denim Market: Increasingly Crucial Development in Pursuit of Origins

Denin output has continued to fall this year. The denim fashion boom has run its course and the demand for denim has declined. Furthermore, the harsh commotion surrounding the SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) in China following the Iraqi war adversely affected consumer sentiment. During the past several years up to last year, denim changed into a "fashion" product and its produciton volume increased. At some point last year, however, the market began to consider as its special priority a return to its "origins" inherent in denim when developing fibers and apparel.
