According to the japan Chemical fibers association,the polyester staple fiber (PSF)output in October 2003 was 19,536 tons,down 3.3% from te preceding year,and eleven straight months of decline from the same month of the preceding year.Meanwhile,the psf stocks were down 5.8% to 25,611 tons and showed the second consecutive monthly decline from the preceding month.
