POY and DTY in Shortage

Polyester poy and DTY are recently in short supply as a result of production-cuts.Both yarns are mainly supplied by Tongkook Corporation,Daehan Synethic Fiber Co.,Ltd.and Hankook Synthetics Inc.,but the operation rate has been less than 50% since the second quarter of 2003.
