Early diagnosis of myocardium depolarization disorders with lesion localization on the heart contour is a very important task of electrographic examination of cardiac activity. A number of studies have been devoted to the problem of myocardium source localization from surface potential field distribution. Some studies have been devoted to the inverse problem of electrodynamics: restoration of current source distribution near myocardium from surface potential field distribution [2, 6]. The transition from classical inverse problem of electrodynamics to parametric estimates is another approach to the problem. Coordinates and vector moments of local sources (multipolar) are determined from potentials measured on the electrode frame of reference. This iteration algorithm approach is widely used in electroen-cephalography [1]. The goal of this work was to describe the second approach to electrocardiography.
