Cosmo Boosting Production Capacity For CPP Film at Site in Aurangabad

New Delhi-Cosmo Films Ltd.is planning a project to expand cast polypropylene(CPP)film production capacity at Aurangabad,Maharashtra,India.The company is investing approximately Rs 140 crores to set up a new CPP film production line with a capacity of 25,000 t/y.Commercial production is expected to begin in two years."Worldwide significant focus is being given on recy-clability and sustainability of packaging films,"said Pankaj Poddar,global chief executive."With current CPP capacity running close to 100 utilization,the company planned capacity expansion with the world's largest width line and lowest cost of production.
