LH-3500A Series Now Includes Large Hook Model for Jeans

JUKI Corporation has added a large-hook model for jeans to the LH-3500A series of semi-dry head, 2-needle lockstitch machines.This model has a hook that is 1.7 times larger than the standard hook on the model that was launched in January this year, and it reduces the frequency of bobbin thread changing when sewing jeans or the like with thick thread. In addition, the curvature of the thread path has been minimized to improve the feed locus, which promises a strong and smooth feed of the material even when sewing heavyweight materials for jeans. As a result, the machine produces consistently-tensed seams with constant stitch length, thus offering high-quality seams.
