According to ACIMIT,Italy's exports of textile machinery amounted to approximately 2,200 million euro in 2005.Production amounted to about 2,600 million euro for the year.The breakdown of exports by category was spinning,29%; weaving,23%; knitting 22%; and finishing 26%.
