Toray Industries, Inc. plans to strengthen its polytrimethylene terephthalate (PTT) fiber operations. The company plants to increase its prodcution capacity from 500 to 1,500 ton/year in the spring of 2004, and double the capacity to 3,000 tons is 2005.
