Changes at Santex

Christian Strahm has resigned from all functons within the Santex Group, and left the company in a mutual agreement, remaining as a shareholder of Santex Holding. Heinz Bachmann, former president and CEO of Saurer Textile Systems, will be appointed chairman of the Board of Directors.
