Development of MMF Industry

Undergoing readjustments during the last three year, China has finally put its man-made fiber industry on a wholesome development course. The scale of MMF production has been increasing significantly among large-scale producers. In 1998, China had only 25 MMF giants with a production capacity of more than 50,000 ton/year each, and rapidly increased their number to 46 in 2001. All of them have been making profits since 1999. Theirs economic benefits now amount to 70% of the entire MMF industry.
