Saudi Arabia’s refnery output rose to a more than three-year high in November, while transport fuel demand in the kingdom continued to lag. Saudi Arabia has been ramping up its domestic refnery crude runs, with total refnery output — excluding LPG — rising to 2.639mn b/d in November, according to the latest fgures from the Joint Organisations Data Initiative (Jodi). This com- pares with 2.551mn b/d in October. The last time Saudi refn- ery production was higher was in July 2018 at 2.730mn b/d.
