THREE leading international contractors or consortia are battling it out to provide a prized floating production, storage and offloading vessel required for Eni's 1 billion barrel deep-water Agogo project offshore Angola. Several sources familiar with the development told Upstream that up to three players are said to be separately carrying out front-end engineering and design studies on the FPSO project, with the price offers for the execution phase likely to be submitted later this year.
