Mitsubishi Plastics, Inc. and Mitsubishi Rayon Co., Ltd. have agreed to integrate the pitch-based carbon fiber business of Mitsubishi Plastics and the PAN-based carbon fiber business of Mitsubishi Rayon for the purpose of enhancing their carbon fiber and composite material business.
