Teijin Frontier Co., Ltd. has developed a high-performance stretch fiber called "Solotex 00", which features the superior elasticity of polyurethane together with the soft texture and shape stability of PTT fibers. By combining Teijin Frontier's "Solotex PTT" fibers and Asahi Kasei's "Roica" polyurethane fibers, "Solotex 00" achieves excellent elasticity in a soft, lightweight and shape-stable material perfect for bottomwear applications.
