The principle of compact spinning is as set forth below. An air suction device is installed around the front roller, which is the latter part of the spinning section, and this device is used to gather fleece which is drafted, to prevent short fibers and wide diffusion of the fiber ends. This reduces the causes for creation of fuzz in the space between this section and the twisting section.
