The Kaiyuan Textile Group in Henan Province has decided to invest 120 million yuan (USus14.4 million)to build the province's largest export base for cotton textiles in Weihui City.The project began in April this year,and is expected to be completed in December.This cotton textile export base will produce 6,000 tons of high-quality cotton knitted fabrics as well as about 10 million units of casual wear per year.Most of production will be shipped to the U.S.,Korea and Hong Kong.
