Although Hong Kong textile & apparel industry was influenced by September 11 terrorist attacks in the U.S., it expects a subsequent recovery. While competition intensifies between Hong Kong and Chinese cities such as Shanghai, Hong Kong is going to adapt, taking advantage of the background of its history and tradition.
