Toray Industries, Inc. has decided to produce nylon-66 filament yarn and fabrics for airbags in Thailand in response to a rise in the installation ratio of car airbags and a global product supply system by airbag parts manufacturers. In addition, Toray will reinforce the production of nylon yarn for airbags in Japan as well.
