Bed Linen Dispute With EU Continues

In spite of a WTO ruling to the effect that "the EU had failed to act consistently with provisions of the anti-dumping agreement," the anti-dumping duties applicable on India's bed linen exports to the EU have not been removed. On the contrary, the EU has apparently started another round of investigations against the alleged subsidization of Indian exports.
