Gazprom Neft — Russia's third-biggest oil producer — said it plans to terminate its American Depositary Receipts program, which allows US investors to buy and sell its shares indirectly. Russia's top oil producer Lukoil and gas giant Gazprom both previously announced plans to delist depositary receipts listed on foreign stock exchanges.
