Tokyo—Chiyoda Corp. have received a front-end engineering design (FEED) contract from Sekisui Chemical for a carbon dioxide (C02)-to-carbon monoxide (CO) chemical transformation plant. The plant, which is the pre-treatment process for supplying bioreactors, will be used for the research and development of the 'Promotion of Carbon Recycling Using C02 from Bio-Manufacturing Technology as a Direct Raw Material I NEDO Green Innovation Fund Projects' by the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO).
