Twenty two different regression equation over dry matter and Erica arborea shrubs size data, from Anaga Rural Park (Tenerife), were analysed looking forward to establish prediction equations for dry matter, in order to be used in carrying capacity analysis of fayal-brezal areas, used by grazing Canary Goat. Our results indicates the best predictability for the non-constant potential model (Y=Xb) or it transformed expression, also known as log-log model (log(Y)=b*log(X).
